Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices

Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers

Collaborate with product and data teams

Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems

Requirements

5+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java

Experience with distributed systems and microservices

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Strong problem-solving skills
