We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core platform team. You will work on high-scale distributed systems serving millions of users across the MENA region.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices

Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers

Collaborate with product and data teams

Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems

Requirements

5+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java

Experience with distributed systems and microservices

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Strong problem-solving skills
